Position: Full-Time Customer Care Specialist

 

Department: Customer Care

 

Location: This job is located in Bulverde, TX.

 

Our Need:

A position is open for a Customer Care Specialist to assist with entering quotes and orders, assisting customers over email and the phone, processing requests, data entry, and other office administrative tasks.

Qualifications include:

  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication skills: telephone, written, e-mail, and interpersonal
  • Software knowledge and experience: Microsoft Office, Windows Explorer, Outlook, data entry, etc.
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Good references necessary
  • Experience preferred; some training available
